We offer a range of fitness services from one to one training to groups and classes.
As Fit As is a small but well established fitness provider operating in South East London and more recently in central London.
You can work out in your own home or a local park or open space. Now is a great time to get started and beat the winter blues. All you need to do is layer your clothes and you can peel them off as your heart rate increases and body heat rises.
Please have a look at what is on offer. Ideally you will find something that suits your needs. If not, please do get in touch as it may be something that can be provided.
All equipment is provided and includes medicine balls, ViPR, Free weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, Skipping ropes, boxing gloves and pads and Nordic Walking poles.
