Personal Training

More and more people are using a personal trainer in order to give them the motivation and guidance needed to exercise efficiently and correctly.

I get lots of enquiries from people who are well aware that they need to exercise but need the extra push to get them started. They may even have already joined the gym but don't go, or waste lots of time whilst in there.

Flexible Options

You can work out one to One, as a couple or in a group

One to One Personal Training

This is when a Personal Trainer works out with just you. The exercises the trainer asks you to do are tailored to your goals. As the trainer is there all the time, you can be sure that you are doing the exercises correctly.

I will push you to work as hard as possible and you will realize that you can do much more than you thought.

Couple/ Group Personal Training

This is currently very popular. Get your partner/ flatmate or a group of up to eight friends together and you benefit from sharing the fun, pain and price.

You will follow a six week course that will see you all getting fitter and trimmer. You will work hard in terms of muscular and cardio vascular fitness.

Early morning workouts

I will come to your door fully equipped with everything you need to get a good workout before your day starts. Perfect if you work long hours and cannot commit to evenings.

Weekday workouts

If you are available day times during the week take advantage of my special rates. You can even ask friends to join you and share the cost.

Exercise should not be seen as a chore. We should learn to build it into the routine of our lives so it becomes habit.

Prices for Personal Training

One to One early mornings, evenings and Saturdays: £40 one to one for an hour.

One to One daytimes during the week: £35 one to one for an hour.

Groups of 2 to 8 people: £45 per hour Daytimes during the week. £50 early mornings, evenings and Saturdays. Minimum of 6 weeks to be booked and paid for in advance.
