As Fit As offers very popular progressive courses for beginner and improver runners.
The courses are offered in East Dulwich and during lunchtimes in Central London.
If you would like a lunchtime course set up near where you work please do get in touch. This is a great way to get a break from your desk and beat the 3pm slump! Cost is dependant on location and number participating.
Well done to the girls who just completed the Strand Lunchtime Running Course (pictured) - you all did great and earned youe medals! Keep up the good work.
Beginner 5K CourseThe Beginner course takes you from 0 - 5K in 6 weeks and you will have a medal at the end to show off to your friends and family. It is exactly for beginners although you need to be able to walk briskly for 30 mins without leg pain prior to starting the course. If you are unsure please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Improve Your Running CourseFor people who want to improve technique and speed. Each week we focus on a different style of speed training and you will track your progress as the 5 weeks go by.
